ELM: Elevation Mask
Function This command is used to read the current value of the
elevation mask. The elevation mask impacts data recording,
data output and satellite reception at the base.

If no G-file recording is in progress:
$PASHR,FIL,CUR,NONE*79
Parameter Description Range
d1 Current value of elevation mask, in degrees 0-90
*cc Checksum *00-*FF
