Survey Menu – Post Processing

Remaining

: displays the time remaining in the current session if a

session is in progress. If your receiver does not monitor sessions, the

Remaining field is not displayed.

Free Memory

: displays the amount of memory remaining in the

receiver internal storage card.

HDOP

: displays the Horizontal Dilution of Precision. It is a measure

of the geometrical quality of the solution. DOP has no units and

lower numbers indicate better solution geometry.

VDOP

: displays the Vertical Dilution of Precision. It is a measure of

the geometrical quality of the solution.

Satellites

Used

: displays the number of satellites recording raw data.

Satellites

Locked

: displays the number of satellites tracked by the

receiver.

Start Static Rx

The Static Rx Recording screen is used to start or

stop recording in a static receiver’s internal

memory and change the recording interval or

antenna height.

: Opens a file on the receiver’s

internal memory and begins recording GPS raw

data for post processing. Next, the Static

Receiver Session screen is opened (Page R-71)

where you need to enter the station information

and start mark the beginning of the occupation.

: Stops recording GPS raw data

for post processing on the receiver’s internal memory and closes the

open file.
