Ground - TDS Localization
The Horizontal tab of the Projection screen is explained below for
when the horizontal projection type is set to
Ground - TDS Localization
Status Line
: The lines of text on the top of the screen display the
status of the horizontal projection solution. If
the localization is solved, the name of the site
will be displayed. Status of the solution will be
one of:
•
Localization not Initialized
: No default
reference stereographic projection has been
setup.
•
Localization Initialized, not solved
. A
reference stereographic map projection was
set, usually by an autonomous GPS base
setup.
•
Localization Solved
: A reference stereographic map projection was
set, and localization parameters were solved using either control
point measurements, a localization calculator solution, or manual
entry of parameters.
: opens the Projection Details
screen, where the
complete details of the localization solution, reference map projection,
and geoid model are displayed.
: opens the Solve Localization
wizard, where
control points can be selected and the horizontal and vertical
localization are solved.
