from the menu.

Select the
Use the favorite selected above
radio
button and choose your Bluetooth total station
from the drop down list.

Press OK to connect your device to the virtual
COM port. The selected device will appear in the
Bluetooth Connection Manager
with a small heart
icon next to it.
You can now close the Bluetooth Connection Manager
.
You will only need to perform these steps again if you
uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers or have
an additional device that you want to communicate
with.
Configuring Survey Pro
To configure your Bluetooth enabled device to work with Survey Pro
perform the following steps from within Survey Pro:
1.
Go to
Job
|
Settings
|
Instrument
, and select your
Brand
and
Model
.
2.
Select
Bluetooth
in the
Serial Port
field. (If your
total station is not supported, you will not see this
option.)
3.
If your total station supports a Bluetooth PIN code,
enter this code in the
PIN
field. (This field is only
available with supported total stations.)
Tapping the button will access the
Bluetooth Connection Manager, described above,
where you can quickly check or change the virtual
COM port and favorites.
